I have just had my first session at the HSA Dermal Clinic in Richmond, the therapist was lovely and talked me through the whole process, which was very relaxing - more importantly for me - it is to rejuvenate my skin using Exillis Ultra 360 Radiofrequency for Face + Neck - will update after final treatment. Check out their amazing list of treatments for body and face.

I have wanted this particular treatment for a couple of years but was nervous . When I came across this clinic , I felt like I was making a safe choice . I was right . Hala is thorough , relaxed but professional . She even offers an inclusive top up in 2 weeks so incredibly good value . I have yet to see my results ( 10 days) but can highly recommend based on what I have experienced . She said I had excellent skin and didn’t try and sell me anything ! I really feel she is a safe pair of hands :)

Had my first appointment at HSA today for IPL treatment with Cagla, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely ethical in her approach. I particularly appreciated that she was aware of my hearing loss without me needing to explain it, and she took the time to clearly talk me through the procedure, even though I'd had IPL treatment many years ago. Based on my experience, the level of care and customer service at HSA is far superior to a more expensive clinic closer to my home, which didn't even respond to my enquiry after several days. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely be returning for the rest of my planned treatments.

I've wanted laser hair removal for years and finally took the plunge, and honestly couldn't be happier. The clinic was clean, professional, and the staff were so friendly and reassuring from the start. I was worried it would be painful, but it felt like a quick little snap or warm pinch - totally manageable, After just 3 sessions, the difference is incredible! The hair is so much finer, grows back super slowly, and large patches have stopped growing completely. No more shaving every day, no more cuts, no more waxing pain... it's saved me so much time and hassle. My skin is so much smoother and softer too. Worth every single penny - 100% recommend!

I had a skin tag on my eyelid and the NHS refused to remove it on the grounds that it was cosmetic. I was quoted many hundreds of pounds by a hospital to do it privately so was very pleased when HSA said that they could remove it for a fraction of the cost and in a few days. The service was very professional and friendly and took less than 30 minutes resulting in total removal of the tag. Highly recommended.

I was greeted at the door by a warm and welcoming lady, who I later realised was the owner. Unlike many beauty clinics that seem more focused on making money, HSA genuinely cares about its clients and always does what is best for you. My treatment was carried out by Cagla, who is a wonderful, gentle, and caring person. I’m not the most patient, so I expected my 1.5-hour treatment to feel very long, but it went by quickly and was incredibly relaxing thanks to her. I have my final treatment next week and will genuinely miss my visits and chats with Cagla. I would highly recommend HSA to my friends.
